All files must be converted to RGB for optimal colour representation. CMYK colour schemes are supported but may appear washed out
The files must contain an equal/even number of pages (page parity).
The system will automatically link URL’s and Email addresses as long as the text has not been vectorized or flattened. The converter needs to be able to select, cut and paste the text for autolinking and search functionality therefore the use of text outlines and raster images is not suggested.
Do not use certain font styles i.e. underlining, false italics, etc as those styles usually are not embedded with fonts.
Embed fonts.
The pages within the PDF must flow numerically.
Optimize PDF at minimum 200 DPI. Higher resolution is suggested assuming it meets file size requirements.
Fix Transparencies – High Resolution.
Masked Text - Have no masked text. Hidden layers will be brought to the top layer during the vector conversion process. Please remove all masked text in your document if you would like to use the vector converter.
Export one document in single page mode in the correct order.
No bleeds, gutters, or crop marks, you may use the crop box function in PDF.
